There is a multi-fuel stove with specially treated logs supplied. All rooms have electric panel heaters and electricity is paid for by a £1 coin meter situated in the kitchen. There will be £10 in the meter at the beginning of each stay which is included in the tariff. Background storage heating (October- April) is supplied at no extra cost. |

| Payment Deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is due within 7 days of booking to secure with balance due 6 weeks prior to first day of holiday. Cancellation refunds will only be payable if cottage can be re-let prior to 4 weeks from holiday date. Guests are advised to take out insurance to cover cancellations. Payments can be made either by cheque or bank draft. Foreign currency bank drafts should include bank charges and exchange rate. Cheques should be made payable to: Marion MacLeod at the Glasgow address on the contact page. Written confirmation will be made on receipt of deposits / balance. |

modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with a fridge / freezer, an
automatic washing machine and a microwave oven. Cooking and heating
is by electricity. Appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, toasted sandwich maker; the kitchen has an ample supply of cooking equipment; whether cooking full meals or snacks. Cottage will be available from 4.00 p.m. on date of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on date of departure |
