Deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is payable within 3 days of reservation with balance payable 6 weeks prior to first day of holiday. Cancellation refunds will only be payable if cottage can be relet prior to 6 weeks from date of holiday. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required on booking.
Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations.
Payments can be made either by internet banking (preferred method) or by sterling cheque. Foreign bank drafts should include £9 for each transaction to cover bank charges and exchange rate.
